He started his career in newspapers and has held executive roles for nearly 20 years. He was the director of the weekly newspaper Expresso and Jornal de Negócios, which he co-founded. His work has been published in various newspapers, magazines, and online platforms, and he has contributed to national and international radio and television. He collaborates with foundations, universities, and cultural institutions.

He has published books, received journalism awards, and participates in conferences. He holds an MBA from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a degree in Management from ISG. He lives between Lisbon, Porto, and Viseu.
