The organization reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately after publication on the site. Continued use of the site after publication of changes implies acceptance of those changes.

Registration and Participation

• Registration for ICON is personal and non-transferable unless otherwise indicated by the organization.
• The participant must provide true and complete information at the time of registration.

Registration
To register for our events, it may be necessary to provide personal information, including but not limited to name, email address, and other contact details. The participant agrees to provide accurate and complete information, updating it whenever necessary.

Payment Conditions
The registration fee must be paid through the means provided by ICON. Refunds will not be issued except in cases provided by applicable law.

Ticket Sales
Tickets for ICON events are sold exclusively through third-party platforms linked to the website. ICON is not responsible for any issues, disputes, or refunds related to ticket purchases made through third-party suppliers. All sales are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective ticket providers.

Payments and Refunds
Payments for tickets are processed through the websites of third-party ticket suppliers linked to our site.

Event Changes and Cancellation

• The organization reserves the right to change or modify the program in case a speaker's presence is canceled for reasons beyond the event's control. ICON will replace the speaker within the same thematic scope and with the usual quality.
• In the event of the total cancellation of the event by ICON, participants will be entitled to a refund of the registration fee paid.

Event Access and Circulation

• To access the event venue, all ICON participants must complete the check-in process. This can be done on the day before or on the days of the event, following the instructions provided via email.
• To check in, all participants must present a ticket (printed or digital) and a valid identification document.
• The wristband and badge provided at check-in are personal and non-transferable. They must be kept for all event days. In case of loss or poor condition of these elements, access will not be renewed, and entry to the event will not be authorized without a new request to ICON.
• The wristband and badge must always be visible and ready for verification by the organization.

Behavior and Responsibility

• Participants must behave in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event.
• ICON is not responsible for any personal, material, or moral damages caused during the event, except as provided by law.

Use of Image and Personal Data

• All images and intellectual property rights are reserved. Any filming, recording, or reproduction within the premises is prohibited unless expressly authorized by the organization.
• The pass holder acknowledges that they may appear in images captured at the event venue through various media for subsequent information dissemination. In this regard, they authorize such use, which will be the responsibility of each media outlet. Images may appear on the internet, and their dissemination cannot be controlled.
• Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with ICON's Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property
All content presented during the event is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without authorization.

General Provisions

• Any matters not covered in these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by the ICON organization.
• For any disputes, Portuguese law applies, and the court of Lisbon is designated, with the express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
